In-store purchases:

We offer exchanges on full price items within 14 days of original purchase. Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns for change of mind. Items can be exchanged or a store credit will be given.

Where an items is found to be faulty a full refund will be given. 

All sale purchases are final and cannot be exchanged except where an item is found to be faulty.

Items must be returned with original receipt or gift receipt to Woodend General within 14 days of purchase and must be in their original condition with all packaging and / or tags attached.

Online orders:

If you would like to exchange an item purchased online, please contact us immediately via email at hello@woodendgeneral.com.au or call the store on 03 5427 1695 to arrange the exchange.

Items must be returned to our Woodend store within 14 days of original purchase and be in their original condition with all packaging and / or tags attached.

All sale purchases made online are final and cannot be exchanged except where an item is found to be faulty.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we are so sorry! Please contact us and we will arrange an immediate replacement.
